What can I do if I didn't receive the Signup Email?

If you have not received the signup email, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Verify the Contact Details
    First, ensure that the correct contact details (first name, last name, and email) have been provided for all users who should receive access to the company. A simple typo or incorrect entry may prevent the signup email from being delivered. Upon reception of these details, we send an invitation email to each user. 

  2. Check the Spam Folder
    If the email is not found in your inbox, it's possible that it was directed to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders to ensure the email wasn't mistakenly filtered.

  3. Still Not Receiving the Email?
    If you've checked your inbox and spam folder and the signup email is still missing, please contact our support team. We will send a new invitation email to you or the affected user.

  4. Provide Additional Information
    If the issue persists after the new invitation is sent, please let us know the browser you are using, along with any active browser extensions. This information helps us improve the system and troubleshoot more effectively.

  5. In the Unlikely Event
    If you have followed all the previous steps and the issue remains unsolved, please contact our Support so we can assist you further.
