How to Import Data from a previous year?
The "Import from previous year" feature allows you to quickly copy data from last year’s submission into the current reporting cycle with a single click, saving time and reducing manual work.
How to Use the Feature:
- Open the Task/Disclosure for the current reporting year.
- Find the “Import from previous year” button (top right of the form). The button appears if the data was submitted for this task/disclosure in the previous year.
- Click the button to auto-fill the form with last year’s data.
- Review and update any fields as needed.
- Attach evidence (if required) and Submit.
Where It Works:
Supported for:
- Disclosures for the account you are logged in and which need to be submitted. Be aware that this feature is only available for disclosures that exactly match those submitted in the previous year.
Please note, that this is not available for:
- Network disclosures (e.g. disclosures that are submitted to your account via other entities)

- Close and re-open the disclosure
