The system may temporarily display "Awaiting data" if certain inputs are missing, preventing the finalization of the result aggregation. The most common case where this happens is for SFDR PAI indicators aggregation, typically indicating that the value of investments from the GP side has not yet been entered. Follow the steps below to finalise the SFDR PAI indicators and obtain aggregated results for your fund reporting.
How to complete the SFDR PAI Aggregation Results
To complete the SFDR PAI indicators aggregation, the value of investment per quarter must be entered. According to the SFDR definition, "Value of investment per quarter" for each portfolio company is equal to the enterprise value weighted by the fund's ownership in that company.
Steps to Add the Value of Investment Data
- Navigate to the Data Source:
- Go to Data Sources
- Click on the relevant fund
- Search and Add Data:
- Search for "Current Value of Investment"
- Click and add the quarterly data for each portfolio company
- Click on “Submit” to finalise the data entry
Final Step
Once the data entry has been correctly submitted, the platform will automatically calculate the SFDR PAI indicators aggregated values, and the results will be displayed on the ”Disclosure” page.
