Why do I not receive password reset emails?
If you're not receiving a password reset email from us, there may be a few reasons for this. One common issue is that emails from our domain might be getting sent to your spam folder or blocked entirely. To resolve this, you'll need to whitelist our email domain. This ensures that messages from us are always delivered directly to your inbox.
The steps to whitelist an email address or domain vary depending on your email service. Below, we provide instructions for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo users to ensure you receive important emails from us, including password reset links. These explanations apply to both scenarios - our emails being redirected to the Spam folder or our emails being entirely blocked from your inbox.
For Gmail Users
1. Check your Spam folder to find an older email from us
