Originally developed in 2022, the template aims to standardise and streamline ESG data collection and investor reporting across the investment ecosystem. It is reviewed and refined every year to reflect evolving industry expectations and regulatory developments.
The Invest Europe Template forms the basis for ESG reporting requirements by many LPs including KfW Capital, and the European Investment Fund (EIF).

Atlas Metrics updates its platform standards annually in line with the latest Invest Europe updates. This means you can be confident that all Invest Europe, KfW, and EIF metrics reported through Atlas Metrics are fully up to date and aligned with the 2025 reporting requirements.
