How to solve “data conflicts”?

If you see a warning flag labeled "Conflicts" or "New Data Available" on the Carbon Accounting Dashboard or the Carbon Data page, it indicates that changes have been made to your carbon footprint inputs after submitting the totals for Scope 1, Scope 2, or Scope 3 emissions.

To resolve these conflicts:

  1. Navigate to Carbon Data.
  2. Open the disclosure for Emissions: Total - Location Based.
  3. Check which of the three scopes (Scope 1, 2, or 3) has the conflict.

The data conflict warning will appear at the bottom of the relevant disclosure. To resolve the issue, click "Accept New Value", then re-submit the disclosure.
