How to complete a reporting request?

First, make sure the correct reporting period is selected at the top of your screen.

When an investor or organization requests data from you, you’ll find that request in both the Network Progress section on your main dashboard and in the "Network > Send Data" section.

Once you navigate to this section, you’ll see a list of all organizations that have sent you reporting requests. In this example, there’s only one — but if more companies have sent you requests, they’ll appear here as well.

Click on a request to view the specific metrics you need to provide.

If the company has set a deadline, you’ll see it displayed at the top.

Metrics that are still missing or that have been entered but not yet submitted will appear in grey and be labeled "Data pending".

Metrics that have been entered and submitted will appear in purple and be labeled "Ready to Share".

To share data, select the metrics you want to share. You can do this one by one, or you can use the checkbox for “requested data” above the list to choose all eligible metrics that are ready to be shared.

Then click the "Share" button.

After sharing, the metrics will turn green and show the status "Shared".

Once a data point is shared, it cannot be undone.

If you need to update a metric after it’s already been shared, navigate to the specific metric, click on “re-open”, update the value, and submit it again.

The investor won’t automatically see the new data — you’ll still need to re-share it manually.

These updated metrics will show a "Re-Share" status in the "Status" column. The same applies to any metrics directly linked to the updated one.

Re-sharing them works exactly the same way as before.

This ensures your investor always has the most up-to-date version of your data.

You can share metrics gradually throughout the reporting period or all at once at the end.
