How do I request data?

First, navigate to the "Network - Receive Data" section.

Here, you’ll see an overview of all the funds or networks you are requesting data from. This gives you a clear view of all active data requests you’ve sent.

Before moving on, double-check that you’ve selected the correct reporting period in the top-left corner.

Next, verify your portfolio companies.

Make sure all relevant portfolio companies are listed in your network.

All companies that you’ve communicated to Atlas Metrics as part of a network will appear in this section. Each one should show the correct number of requested metrics.

If a company is missing — or if you need to add or remove one — please contact our support team.

Do the same if the number of requested metrics seems incorrect. Portfolio companies will see what data is requested from within their own account.

This view also lets you monitor progress — both across your entire network and for each individual company.

You can track several key indicators:

  • The "Account Information" column shows whether at least one user from each company has logged in. An "active" status confirms a successful login.

  • The "Requested metrics" column is divided into two sections:

    – The "completed" section shows how many reporting tasks have been completed by the company.

    – The "shared" section shows how many of those completed tasks have been shared with you.

  • In the "Actions" column, you can send reminders. All active users in that company account will receive an email notification.

Please note that reminders can only be sent once every 48 hours.

  • You can also set "deadlines" for each fund directly on this page. These deadlines will be visible to the respective companies on their main dashboard.

If a company remains inactive or isn’t responding to reminders, feel free to reach out to our support team for further help.
