How can I set user roles and permissions?
There are 3 primary roles available for users:

Admin: Full access to all platform functionality, enabled modules, organization settings, and user management. Includes all permissions of a Data Manager.

Data Manager: Full access to all platform functionality and enabled modules. Read-only access to users.

Data Collector: Access only to assigned data collection activities. Read-only access to users. No advanced platform functionality.
Roles can be assigned during the initial invitation to the account or modified later in Settings.
To change an existing user's role:
- Click on Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar and click on Users
- Click the three dots next to the user's name on the right side
- Select "Edit User"
- Assign the new role and click save to confirm the change
