How can I set user roles and permissions?

There are 3 primary roles available for users:

  1. Admin: Full access to all platform functionality, enabled modules, organization settings, and user management. Includes all permissions of a Data Manager.

  2. Data Manager: Full access to all platform functionality and enabled modules. Read-only access to users.

  3. Data Collector: Access only to assigned data collection activities. Read-only access to users. No advanced platform functionality.

Roles can be assigned during the initial invitation to the account or modified later in Settings.

To change an existing user's role:

  1. Click on Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar and click on Users
  2. Click the three dots next to the user's name on the right side
  3. Select "Edit User"
  4. Assign the new role and click save to confirm the change
