How can I manage and assign tasks?

To assign tasks to team members: 

  1. Go to Tasks
  2. Select all or specific tasks/categories
  3. Assign a collector and/or a reviewer
  4. Click confirm

You can find all the tasks you have been assigned to by selecting yourself with the "Assignees" filter

On your Homepage, in the Task Overview section, you can track your team's progress.

 

Notes:

  • If you designate a team member as a collector without specifying another reviewer, they will automatically take on the role of a reviewer as well.
  • Collectors can only be assigned to internal tasks, while reviewers can be assigned to both internally and externally collected data.
