How can I export data from my account?
You can export the data collected inside your platform account as an Excel file by clicking on the ‘Export’ button located at the top-right of the screen of the ‘Disclosures’ page.
Quick guidance: How to export
Once you select the ‘Export’ button, a dialog window appears with dropdown options to help you select the most relevant data to export.
The dialog allows you to customize your export based on:
- Content
- All disclosures – Export all disclosure results, including aggregated data.
- Raw network data – Export raw data collected from your network, such as portfolio companies (for GPs/funds) or suppliers (for organizations).
- Group
- Local data of your organization
- Data collected under your network groups – Particularly relevant if you are a GP / asset manager and you’d like to export data for each of your funds.
- Standard

All – Export all disclosures active in your account, using the default ESG language.

Selected ESG Standards – Select a specific set of disclosures filtered by ESG standard.

Once you have made your dropdown selection > click on ‘Export’ > the Excel file with the exported data will be downloaded on your local device.
Export also from the ‘Receive data’ page
If your account has the Network functionality enabled and you are requesting data from other companies, you can also export raw network data from the ‘Receive Data’ page.
Please note that the dialog box in this view allows you to only export raw data from network by choosing your relevant group.
