How are emissions calculated?

Emissions are calculated by multiplying activity data by the appropriate emission factors.

These emission factors are sourced from reputable databases such as UK BEIS, Ecoinvent, UNFCCC, and UBA Austria & Germany to ensure accuracy.

For spend-based data, emissions intensities are calculated using the Extended Multi-Region Input-Output (EMRIO) model developed by Atlas Metrics.

Atlas Metrics' methodology is fully aligned with the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance.
