How can I collect external data? (Network: Inbound)
Where to find the reporting requests you sent
Any active requests you send will show up on your Atlas account under Network > Inbound. If not, please verify that you have selected the right reporting period.
ℹ️ In your disclosures and tasks sections, you will also find disclosures that use external data. These will be tagged to indicate they are related to external data requests.
How to monitor external data collection
To track which organisations in your network have accessed their accounts and their reporting progress:
- Go to Network > Inbound > and under each group.
- Here, you will find your Network dashboard:
- The Account info column shows whether at least one user from the company has successfully logged in to their Atlas account.
- Under Requested metrics, the Completed column indicates how many of their reporting tasks from your request the company has completed on their account. The Published column indicates how many of these metrics they have shared, i.e., sent to your account.
- You can use the Actions column to send reminders to the companies you are collecting data from.
