Notification template | New reporting cycle announcement

Before the onboarding process starts, we highly recommend letting your portfolio companies know in advance that you will be requesting ESG data from them. This heads-up prepares them for your upcoming request(s) and sets clear expectations. For this purpose, you can use the following email template to convey your message:

Dear Portfolio Companies and Founders, we are reaching out to inform you about the upcoming data request for your organisation as we begin a new ESG reporting cycle using Atlas Metrics.
 

For those who are returning users from previous reporting cycles, please utilise the same login details and just log into your Atlas Metrics account via this link. You will find the new data requests under the 2024 reporting period ready for you to complete and share with us.

For newcomers to Atlas Metrics, here is what you can expect:
  1. You will soon receive an invitation to access your Atlas Metrics account. Once you are logged in, you will have the ability to bring in your team members, establish roles and permissions (via "Settings"), and delegate tasks for efficient workflow management (via the "Tasks" page).
  2. By [add your DEADLINE e.g. March 31st], you will need to complete and share the data requests appearing in your account. For assistance, feel free to explore the Atlas Metrics platform through its virtual tour (which can be found via the "?" symbol on the bottom right once logged in) or use our Help Centre for additional guidance and FAQs.
Should you require further support, our AI assistant - Ask Atlas is available for queries directly through your account. If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions to improve this process, please don't hesitate to reach out.
